Please separate View Transform from Display Device for OCIO

I've mentioned this before in more general feedback threads on the OCIO implementation but I'd like to have it here as a separate topic. 

The current way AE shows the display outputs is in a combined list with the view transforms. While it 'works', it is not very elegant and quickly readable. The other problem is that the color space 'Raw' is defined for every display in the configuration but ultimately means the same. Due to the flat list this space becomes listed times the amount of displays present. 

I just made a post on notifying that the v2 config of ACES has been released which adds Display P3 to the displays. This is exactly what I warned for. We now get a total of 4 entries to that list, of which 1 is yet another duplicate...

If View Transform and Display Device are separated, the addition of a display means just 1 new entry to the displays, and whatever view transforms that are actually new will be added to it's respective list but existing ones will simply already be there.
