there is no open using rosetta in after effects beta

there is no 'open using rosetta' chekbox at all!

i know how to do it, and i've been doing it for while i'm using it

and it disappeared! where is it

This is due to a change in the Beta to only support the architecture-specific version on Apple machines, mentioned here last week: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-beta-discussions/updated-system-requirements-for-after-effects-beta-24-0/m-p/14025102/thread-id/3038. This will also apply to the non-Beta release of 24.0 in the future.
