After reading the Harman email, I'm wondering if SDK 33 will require a fee. I am fine with paying a license fee going forward, but given the request for developer feedback on the beta, and the tight schedule (Aug 1) for updating Android apps, this feels like any awkward scenario.This question is for Harman/Adobe, please resist the urge wax poetic .

I have no idea what you call the feature I want to ask about.  But we have all used a mobile feature such as in a mobile email browser where you are scrolling through a list, and if you want to remove an item from the list, you swipe left across the list item and it reveals a "delete" button.Does AIR offer a component like this out of the box, or do you have to build it out yourself?

I created a 64 bit native extension, addded it to a project and was able to export a release build in Flash Builder.The applications runs without problems.However, when I try to debug the project which uses the 64 bit native extension, I get two error messages:According to this post, a 64 bit version is required for debugging:When will the 64-bit version of adl.exe become available? Is this true, or is there a way for debugging 64 bit applications that use a 64 bit native externsion?

I am trying to make a simple app which allows the user to select an image from CameraRoll and then display it in an <s:Image/> on Flex, but all the tutorials and example code, is very old.I managed to get the cameraroll working with permissions, select the image, but then I can't display it in and Image object. Any one has an updated sample?

Tried new beta build to meet new Apple iOS requirements. It suits, but there's a bug issue.In new 32.0.109 build it doesn't play sound and/or video. On desktop builds it plays neither video nor sound, neither video nor stagedVideo. On mobile builds (both iOS and Android) it doesn't play only sound, video exists. After many tries I excluded all reasons. The simplest test application with 32.0 (and many previous) sdk works, and with 32.0.109 it doesn't. It's ok to work with 32.0 sdk for Windows, Mac and Android. But it's not for iOS. I need sdk that supports 12.1 iOS version.Any solution with this situation?

Has anyone else had trouble with their AIR apps on the new Galaxy S10+ (and possibly all S10) phones? All my android apps built with the March version of AIR 32 and Starling / GPU layer are receiving the wrong resolution info from those phones and as a result only show a small slice of the app with the rest of the screen black. Usually there's an AIR update to support new phones within a month or two, but HARMAN has told me they don't consider it a high priority (despite being a subsidiary of Samsung...).I reported it here:https://tracker.adobe.com/#/view/AIR-4198836But I haven't heard other devs mention this issue, so I wonder if it might be something specific to my apps and/or something I could work around. It looks like it limits the draw area in a way I can't affect from my code, but users have reporting fixing it by swapping to another app and back.

Hey Guys,Building an ANE for Android - I see that the exploded-aar folder is no longer being created.  I've been searching and I've found one solution, a sort of fatJar (com.mobbeel.plugin)  Only thing is, not all of the libs are being exported.What's the best way for us to do this now?

For those of us that that don't have access to 64 bit devices, do the apk's generated from AIr work in the Android studio emulator for testing on Android Q?

I'm creating a cross-platform app using Flash CS6 targeted at AIR 3.3.0.3650. I setup a StageWebView and load a URL which uses geolocation via Google's JS API.I've ported my code from a working IOS implementation into Android. The code worked 100% fine on IOS, however, I do not get any prompts for permission to use a current location on the Android platform, and thus the map does not load or show your geolocation.I've kept the appplication and code to a complete minimum, but I'm still banging my head against the wall to get a prompt or get the geolocation working. If you were to visit the URL below via a desktop browser or the Android's default browser, the geolocation works. When you load it via StageWebView, the map portion remains blank.I have also set all permissions to allow for location services, etc. to no avail. Recently, my application has been unable to install the AIR runtime as part of the installation on Windows 10 (despite no changes being made to my application). Hi All,I only own a couple of Android phones and, rather than buying some of the new (expensive) models to see how my app works in relation to the notch etc, I'm thinking of hiring an app testing service.All I need is some feedback on whether the app displays properly when it starts up. I'm hoping to find someone who could test this on a limited number (~10?) of models and send me screen shots. It seems to me that this could be done in an hour or two. But release notes are not very clear to me what are the new features or fixes.Can someone provide more details about what is new with the new AIR release.Also currently for me Adobe AIR is not usable when compiled to Windows because of GPU memory leak where only solution was to use -swf-version=37 to avoid AIR to use DirectX 11. Hello, I'm looking at building an app for Android and iOS that would incorporate a live video feed. I've looked into possible options, and it seems a lot more troublesome than I initially thought it'd be. Is there any solution that would work both on both platforms? Do I have to use multiple streams from a media server, e. g. Adobe Media Server? Isn't it required by Apple to use HLS protocol? Can the same thing be used on Android? What type of delay/latency could be achieved? What type of results can be expected from Air? Also, would it be possible to load a youtube stream directly into an Air app? I know it can be done with a normal YouTube video, but I couldn't replicate the same with a stream. Not sure a webview could be any better. I'd really appreciate any tips or guidelines.

Bug appeared in 32.0.0129 is still there for Desktop.iOS played fine.Didn't test other targets.To play VideoTexture on Desktop use latest working one 32.0.0.89.

Will HARMAN improve the Steamworks API for AIR applications?There is FRESteamWorks but it does not support multiplayer lobbies and development seems to have stopped.
