Will Animate VR 360 have a final release?There are many limitations like no masks, actions (external links), limited functions, etc...Will the tool be discontinued?Which Adobe tool will publish AR/VR for the web?

  Hi there. This a first time post for me. I am using a new font but when I render out to the canvas, it is filling in certain spaces as solid instead of transparent. - This is being rendered out as a clickable interactive. html5 canvas.- Using Static text. Dynamic text fixes it but alignment issues are then a problem. - This text is in a movie clip.- I have tried converting the foundation.ttf font to an otf font as well but still doing the same. Any ideas to fix?

Whenever I first save a file, it prompts me to name it. Once I do that, I work on whatever file I'm working on, but it deletes the file whenever I save it again. And then I have to save it again and name it again. It sometimes creates a recovered file but that goes away when I save it again. Weird problem to have, After I post this I'm going to try reinstalling Animate and see if that fixes it.

Hello.Actually I thought: "Simple thing" - now I've been working on it all day....For a HTML5 banner I want to include a looping background video. The Z-index, since there is a component video on top, I reset it that way since you can see the timeline content:var dom_container = document.getElementById("dom_overlay_container"); dom_container.style.zIndex=-1;Before that I placed the video component and gave it an instance. In the parameters, I specified the file path and checked "play in loop" - everything else unchecked. The video is supposed to start in the first keyframe with:this.videoinstance.on("added", function() { $("#videoinstance")[0].play(); }, this, true);and in the last key stopping with:this.videoinstance.on("added", function() { $("#videoinstance")[0].pause(); }, this, true); But it does not start 😞I tried with "auto-start" in the parameter and stop-command, but this was really buggy... after a view seconds the video begins to loop again and the brows

Good morning I am new to animate and despite the fact that I have watched tutorials about lip synchronization I have a problem. I made several images of the mouth which I find well but which do not appear in the image selector. And I can't understand why. When in animate, I have all the drawings I want inside the stage but when I preview the animation it appears outside the frame. I have photos attached because screenshotting wasn't working to show this.If anyone knows how to fix this or anything about the issue please let me know.

Hi team,Just creating an example for school students and want to use the most sensible (industry appropriate) way to make this work.I have a two separate MC drawings of a hand and a coin.  Also a button on the stage.  When you click the button the hand animates (the thumb extends), a sound effect plays and the coin flips- this happens over 55 frames.so far so good - Now I can code the random number between 0-1 and the if/then-->else condition to work out if the toss is a heads or tails (and there will be a graphic that will become visible to show the result.  My question is - what is the most appropriate way to time the appearance of the result to match the 55 frame lead in?  Do you create a ticker and try to get the timing right or is there some other type of event listener I can use to send a message from the end of the MC (i.e - when it gets to the end of its 55 frame run) to say "do this" and trigger a function on the main timeline?Very interested to hear how

I just discovered the new Layer Depth feature/window but noticed that it won't work if the layers you are trying to effect the depth of are already inside a symbol. Is there anyway to overwrite this? Like the way characters are rigged  is by using nested symbols, so for example the whole character is one symbole then within that symbol are the layers for all the body parts which are all symbols, the head is also a symbol that has layers for the facial feature which are all symbols. This tool would be really helpful but as it stands now we can't use it, unless i am missing something. Thanky for any help you can provide.

Hello, I've just had some pencil tool issues that have been plaguing me for a while and I was wondering if anyone had a solution.The first issue I have are these line jitters I get when I use the pencil tool, specifically after rotating the canvas or if I work inside of a symbol that has been rotated: (They can get much worse than this too) The second issue is after drawing a line with the pencil tool, often times it gets slightly offset. It's a bit subtle, but at times can get progressively worse and frustrating:(Ignore how the pencil graphic freezes in places, just a recording glitch)Lastly, is there a way to change the graphic of the pencil tool when drawing with it? Like how the brush tool's graphic looks like a crosshair. I work on a Mobile Studio 13 and use version 23.0.01 of Animate.Appreciate any suggestions, thank you!

Hi Guys  I am making an interactive book. When I add a button on first frame to go to another frame that works ok. My problem is the button copies to all the frames in between. Which I do not want and when I delete the buttons in between ma button does not work! help Alan Y

But then when I try to run it again, the file showing an error and is not executed. I tried to find the issue and resolve it. But I don't know why it is not executed since I has working perviously. Hi, I have a world map that is rasterized in individual small points (all vectors). I want to make these individual points fall down as an input animation, all at different speeds. So that the world map slowly assembles. How can I realsize this? If someone has an idea I would be very grateful. I am a beginner and have already gone through the tutorials, but have not yet found a solution.Thank you,Max

hi all.no idea how to make moving graphics that come in my emails from all sorts of places. You know - the words move on screen, new words appear, motion in a simple graphic. what do you all see as the best way to make these type of graphics? does adobe cs have an easy product for that to use?  any thoughts? i dont know where to start, but would like to have some movement/motion in some of my emails that i'm going to start sending out. thanks - from the midwest US

Estoy intentando instalar una version de adobe animate antigua ya que la actual causa lags en mi ordenador y es inutilizable, pero cuando voy a la pestaña de versiones antiguas no aparaece ninguna anterior a la (21.0.9).Este problema no solo ocure con el animate sino con todos los programas por ejemplo el photoshop no tiene versiones anteriores a la (22.5.2).¿existe alguna solucion?

I'm working on a large set of display ads in various sizes. Say I wanted to swap the text "6 months" to say "3 months" across all projects, is there a way to do that dynamically, rather than having to open up and manually revise, publish, zip every single project? Perhaps a variable data field that I can access and replace in visual studio code? Thanks

In an html canvas banner I created an external link in a button. In the test environment in works fine with chrome. But when I publish it, I can't click the button. No hover state is recognized and the click state with the link doesn't work either. I used the code snippet for html canvas and not for action script. Does anyone has an idea what the problem could be?

Hello, I am working on a drag and drop animation in Adobe Animate Actionscript 3.0. There will be 3 Do's targets and 4 Don'ts targets. There will be 3 draggable objects that can go in ANY of the Do's targets and 4 draggable objects that can go in ANY of the Don'ts targets. The drag function works but when I drop the object, it goes to the upper left corner of the screen, but I don't know what to change. If someone could please help me, I would greatly appreciate it. Hello every one, My file fla is certainly corrupted. I will lose my animation I was working on I guess. I try the solution with the rar file , the repair and to reopen it as a fla file. I'm using version 23.0, internal version number 407, and every time I restart animate with the same animation file, the camera tool moves and is used very fast, but after a while of use, the camera tool becomes laggy (I have to wait almost ten seconds or so for each move, and my computer configuration is i7, rtx1080ti). But when I close animate and start it again to open the same animation file, it becomes very fast again. I'd like to know if this is a known generic problem or if it's just simply a problem with my computer or system or software.Regarding the camera, there is another issue that has been bothering me for a long time, when I enable the camera tool, after I offset my camera from the very beginning of the scene, I flip the object left and right and the object flies far away. Is there a way this can be fixed? I want it to flip left and right in place.Thanks for checking this out and offering to help, have a great day.
