Adobe Bridge not working

When I try to open bridge on my PC via photoshop I get the following error message - was working fine on Friday anybody know a fix ? email [REMOVED BY MODERATOR] - Thanks

Hi all,

 

We're happy to announce the release of Adobe Bridge Beta (13.0.3.686). This update includes the fix for this issue. To see the list of all fixed issues in this Beta release, click here

 

Please update or install Bridge Beta via the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

 

Steps to install/update

 

InstallGo to the Creative Cloud desktop app and select Beta apps in the left sidebar of the Apps panel. Then select install for your beta app.

 

Update: Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app, click on Update in the left sidebar of the Apps panel and Check for updates. Then click update for your beta app.

 

Let us know if this Beta release resolves the problem for those affected, and share your feedback.

I had the same error. Shocking that this happens. I removed 13.02, kept settings, installed 13.01 and that works again.

For some reason recent update3s are just full of bugs. Really would like to hear ffrom adobe. We pay and rely on this software.

Me too!

Have reset preferences and image cache. No avail

Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still No avail.

Any more suggestions

I deleted Bridge and reinstalled the previous version, seems to be working OK at the moment.

@273939 many thanks for quick response..

 

Should have said I am using the Creative Cloud Desktop. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling but don't think I have the option to revert to an older version.

I have exactly the same problem for no logical reason. What are the problems and, more importantly, what is the solution please??
