Bridge 13 doesn't work

I have never been able to open and use Bridge 13, it simply doesn't work.

When I try to open it, a white "X" inside a red circle appears, meaning, I think, that I can't open it.

What can I do ?

This is fixed in the newest Bridge beta.

Thanks, I installed the Bridge Beta, but I'm a bit busy these days, I haven't had the chance to try it yet, but at least it opens...so I think the problem was fixed.

We'll see, thanks to everybody who helped...

Hi @ROBERTO28409229ngb0 Sorry, but to help you, but I have questions first.

 

However, what is your OS (and what release)?

 

What version (exactly) of Bridge are you running? (If you can open it, can you look at the "About Bridge" and look at the full release number.)

 

Can you share a screenshot of the issue?

 

Where are these white Xs inside the red circle? Are they on folders? Are they on external drives? Your Desktop? If not folders, where?

I have Windows 10 pro.

I now use Bridge 12.0.4, but the one that doesn' work is 13.0.2

I am also attaching a picture of the screen as it appears when I try to open Bridge 13. There's nothing else I can do but close it.
