bridge cs6 export panel stopped working nov 2021

hi, the export panel in bridge cs6 has stopped working. this happened a few years back, and a fix was posted here:

now, nov 2021, this has stopped working again, and the fix isn't working.

anyone else experiencing this, or have a fix?
