Bridge Preview only works with software rendering MAC OS Catalina 10.15.1

Hey all, since updating to Catalina (10.1.5.1) on my macBookPro, I can't use Adobe BRIDGE anymore without switching to "software rendering" which slows down the workflow extremely. I get ugly pixelated previews when I switch to hardware rendering since I updated my OS. Any advice? The support could'nt help at all. ( 3 sessions with new installations etc)
