My mouse scroll wheel no longer works in Bridge CC  it had however worked in CS6.  So now I'm unable to scroll quickly using my mouse scroll wheel while hovered over the folder's content area.  Please help is there a fix to this or an option I need checked somewhere??

Just an update @pgeira

the latest version 2017 also did not fix it.

Can anyone At Adobe Confirm what everyone else is noticing?

I've tested this issue with two screens. It works if you monitors are assigned in order left to right - main monitor is left, secondary - right. Then scroll works on both screens. But if your main monitor is on the right scroll will work on it only.

you had me excited for a minute there.

I have 3 monitors.  Main Monitor Left with the same type of monitor to the right, rotated 90º and a Cintiq under the left monitor. So i was thinking there might be some truth to this. maybe the Cintiq is adding some type of extra height to the equation and is messing up the scroll field.

After playing around and altering each monitor unplugging and restarting, nothing seemed to fix the scrolling issue. Still Jumps about 130x to fast.  (height of 13 folders rather than 1 pixel at a time).

Oh well.

IT'S FIXED!!!! IT'S FIXED!!!

Finally, with the 2014 CC Update, I can now scroll around in either of my monitors. So happy this bug was finally killed!!!

didn't seem to fix the Magic mouse Jumping issues though.

Still jumps about 13 folders at a time in the Folders window pain (top left) impossible to scroll with any ease.

So i continue to use Bridge 5.1

Anyone know if you can Download 5.1 for someone who has CC 2014?

A colleague here has the same problem, can't use the track pad or mouse, as scrolling is just to jarring.  I'd like to Download 5.1 for her.

Start up Bridge CC and imediatly hold ctrl+shift+alt. A Box should come up with some options. Check all the boxes and click okay. Then procede to go to the prefferences in bridge and go to cache. check the box that says "keep 100% Preview In Cache" then at the bottom click "Purge Cache". This should fix the scrolling issue if your using a single Monitor. If your on a dual monitor system then you will have to play around with which monitor is the primary Display.

So, as I too was having this problem, I went out and bought a newer mouse (a trackpad actually for other reasons) thinking it would solve the problem and it did not. But, after reading over the comments here, I did figure out that I changed the main display. I work with Bridge on the left, and my main screen on the right. So I just changed the display settings and made the left display my main display. It doesn't change the way I work, just the way the computer reads the monitors. I'm working in Windows 8 but I'm pretty sure that 7 and Vista have similar display settings. Now I can scroll and life is back to normal. Hope this helps!

just spoke with Adobe. Bridge CC doesn't support dual monitors, therefore they only guarantee that the mouse scrolling works on the Main Monitor. I really hope Adobe will solve this problem and issue an update to correct this. This is supposed to be a software for professionals, and aren't most of us professional photographers and graphic artists using 2 monitors? This needs to be resolved!

They actually said that??  Sounds to me like the tech support person you spoke with just didn't want to bother with giving you a real answer.

that is the answer I received and their excuse to why I can't scroll in Bridge CC on my 2nd monitor. If you have found a solution to the scroll problem please share

I had a different scrolling problem, but my solution may help. Whenever I scrolled down in the content window, the scroll bar kept jumping back to the top.  Very annoying. I went to the little drop-down arrow at the top right of the content window and chose vertical layout instead of auto layout.

I would see that as well, but exiting and re-opening Bridge cleared it up. I just added it to the overall annoyance; sometimes there, sometimes not.

I now changed to vertical since my thumbs are vertical. We will see. Stay tuned.

To my best knowledges this behavior only occurs when either caching has not completely finished or when you are adding new files. I won't deny it is still annoying but if it happens otherwise my first shot would be to reset preferences
