Problems creating a preset in Export in Bridge

Question

This has happened recently and is rather annoying.

One of the features that I like in Bridge is the Export feature which I use for batch resizing, change of colour space etc. When I clicked on a box to change the text a dropdown box appeared so that I could make a selection. Now for some strange reason this does not happen ie no dropdown box, and I have to click on the little down arrow at the right corner of the box several times and then I can use my mouse wheel to scroll down to the value that I want. Though this cannot be done with my pen and tablet (no wheel).

I can still get done what I want, but it is rather annoying.

Any ideas?

Many user have this issue, there is a bug with the drop down menu in version 12.0.1.246, at the moment the only solution is roll back to version 12.0.0.234, look at this discussion
