Captivate 8 course not playing properly in Chrome when launched through LMS

Hello,

I have a Captivate 8 course (a short 4-minute software demo) I'm testing on our LMS. The course works as expected in IE and Firefox through our LMS. When I tested just the final HTML5 file outside of the LMS, it works properly in Chrome. However, when I launch the course in Chrome from the LMS, it does not work as it should. Here's what happens: on each slide that is set to continue to the next without stopping, the course pauses. Clicking the Next button in the playbar allows the course to continue.

Update: after testing on Chrome more, one button does not work on the last slide in Chrome, even though it does work on IE and FireFox.

Has anyone seen or had issues with this? The LMS vendor has said that it is *not* an issue on their end, so it must be on the course/authoring side.

Thank you!

Kate

PS: I'm testing in the current latest version of Chrome: Version 54.0.2840.99 m

Adobe Captivate, any ideas on what's causing this to happen? RodWard or Lilybiri or maybe Captiv8r have some ideas? You all are always so helpful and knowledgeable!

Wish I could help but I don't have real world LMS experience. Then there's the whole wacky world of HTML 5 where sometimes things work and sometimes they don't and maybe you have to hold your tongue firmly against your front teeth while softly chanting Adobe... Adobe... Adobe... to make it work. (Sorry, trying to lighten the mood a bit)

Cheers... Rick
