CP 7 not updating all images

CP7 on a Win7 machine is not updating images across a project. It will usually update about 5 instances in a project of the new image but ignore the rest.  Hmm maybe the following will be clearer.

When you update graphics in the library, CP7 doesn't seem to update all the graphics.  Usually does about 5 or so.  But in some lessons we use the same graphic repeatedly and only having a few of them update is problematic.

Anyone else experienced that?

    I have never face such problem. Usually when you update any image from library Captivate will update all the instances of that image which has been used in your project.

    Just make sure that the path is same for your images which are not updating.

    Also make sure that the images NOT being updated are perhaps not slightly different filenames. e.g. MyImage.PNG(2)

    Note that the (2) number in parentheses at the end of the filename indicates it is a copy of the image.  But as far as Captivate is concerned, updating the original image will have no effect on these other clones.
