Custom Quiz Slide objects not showing when i preview or publish:

I am using Captivate 9 64 bit version and have a quiz at the end of my captivate project but the submit button set up in the MCQ,T/F,FIB master slide is not showing when i preview or publish the content.

I looked on the forum and found this question answered: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2074392?q=quiz%20slide

This is the same problem i am having but i am having the same issue whether or not "Master Slide Objects On Top" is checked or not.

Your heading says that these are 'custom quiz slide objects' that are not showing up.

Can you clarify what you mean by this? Are you not using the standard quiz slide submit button but replacing it with another button of your own perhaps?

Did you delete/edit any of the embedded objects on the question slides (those without an individual timeline)? The Submit button is the most important button of a question slide: did you change it?

Only the image background and text was changed. The question text appears when i preview/publish but the submit button does not show.

Also, this seems to be a very strange issue because I opened an old project made from the same template, it worked fine when i published it in January but now it is having the same issue.
