Erweiterte Aktionen kopieren

Sorry to answer in English, my German grammar is very rusty although I understand your question quite well.

The reason for the smart labeling when copying is that each object needs a unique name to be able to use it in advanced/shared/simple actions. I would like to see that advanced action because I would probably have some ideas for simplifying. Let us start with these tips based on my Capitvate 'intuition':

    • Since you have similar slides, use a common master slide where you could eventually transfer some commands besides objects. Master slide objects cannot be addressed by an action however.
    • Maybe it is possible to have some objects timed for the rest of the project, you can hide them when not needed. Advantage: those objects will always have the same name.
    • Depending on the advanced action - reason why I would like to explore it - opt to replace them by a shared action. Not only will it save you time, since you only have to enter parameters for each instance, it has other pros. Have a look at my blog post:

    • Another reason for having a look at the action: use grouping whenever possible.
    • Eventually using multistate objects instead of Show/Hide object groups will spare time as well if you really need duplicate advanced actions. States can have the same name for multiple objects.

When taking a screenshot of the Advanced action(s), please use the Preview window instead of a bunch or partial screenshots. You can open that window using this button:
