I have created an assessment simulation in Captivate, but it will not report correctly to the LMS.  Is there a step by step on how to do this somewhere.  I ahve the click boxes set, LMS reporting, but the incorrect clicks are not registering to the LMS and the course completes inconsistently.

Hello everyone - I am struggling with one issue that is keeping a project 508 complaint...Using Chrome, the playbar does not activate with keyboard functions or arrow keys.  Accessibility is turned on in the project.  Is there something I am missing? Thanks!

I using Captivate 2019 (11.5) and I am not seeing the option to grade the quiz I am builing. Can you please advise.  

Hi, I have the full Adobe Creative Cloud subscription but for some reason Captivate doesn't appear within my apps that I can download.  Has anyone else had this problem? I'm based in the UK. ThanksFreddie

I have a quiz results slide that have custom menu buttons (table of contents, help, next, previous...). Once I click one of the buttons, the other buttons don't function correctly.  The buttons appear to be re-enabled and the rollover actions still work but the actions associated don't.I am not sure if this is due to the buttons not being part of the quiz or if it is because the quiz result slide has a pause in the slide.

Hi there,I'm working on a responsive project with Text Entry Boxes and User Input.My problem is, that whenever the user goes to the next slide and returns to the previous slide (the slide with the TEB), the value of the variable of the TEB is empty. This is problematic because I want to use the input of the TEB later on. I tried using the "retain text" button for the TEB-settings but it makes no difference.Do you have any ideas?Kind regardsNina

Hello,I want to make the TOC invisible in the beginning of the project, then visible later on.Details:I'm using Cp9.I haven't included a play bar.By invisible/visible, I mean that I don't the TOC to be openable/visible at all. I don't even want the TOC button in the top right-hand corner to be visible when the TOC itself isn't visible.I have selected Show TOC.The TOC is in Overlay mode.Thus far, I've only published in swf.In an attempt to achieve this end, I've done the following:On the first slide of the project, I've entered the following On-Enter command: Assign cpcmndTOCvisible with 0.And on the first slide in the part of the project where the TOC should be visible, I've included the following On-Enter command: Assign cpcmndTOCvisible with 1.This all seems straightforward, but thus far I haven't got it to work: the TOC is visible all the way through. Hi  I have built an interactive video project in captivate, workes perfectly in Chrome locally, but when I upload the project to view on a server, the video doesnt appear but the interactive slides do.Has anybody got any idear? 

In my company we have a Captivate 9 licence, I downloaded the installer Captivate_9_x64_LS21.exe from my Adobe Account but when I try to install on a new computer, I keep receiving an error claiming to download all the parts and put them in all

Hi,I'm the lucky owner of a 360 camera. But in Captivate I have a little issue getting it to work properly on LMS-servers and Chrome generally.When I upload my project to our LMS or SCORM Cloud there is no response when I click on the hotspots on a 360 photo no matter which browser. When I preview it in Captivate there is no problem running it in either Chrome or Firefox.When I export and run the project locally, the hotspots only react in Firefox.Any ideas?Kind regards,Jacob

Hello - my Captivate program has slowed so much since I first started publishing recorded powerpoint slide decks. It's simply a powerpoint, with no animations, and recorded audio over it. The latest 'webinar' was 60 minutes and it took an hour to publish. Something like this not even a year ago would have maybe taken 20 minutes to publish at most. Any ideas what is bogging down the program so much?

Hi, I have seen lots of posts about this, but they are all old.  So I am hoping with the newer versions of captivate this is now possible but I cant seem to get it to fade out only come to a sudden stop.

Hi there,I have placed 2 text entry fields that are for username & a password, I on publish/preview, I type the username and go to hit the TAB key to move to the password field but nothing happens & cursor does not move to the other field...I did try a quick search for this question as I thought it must of happened before to others, but could not find what I needed..the answer 😉Kind RegardsRosscoDOH! Hello, someone know why the CC change of size only in some lines?I allready set up in the project label and replace in all slides the font size to 12pt and when I check the published project, in some lines the font change to 14pt by one second and then return to 12pt.Can someone help me please?Thanks!

My oam file works fine if it is just placed on the page in Captivate, I can see the animation when previewed in html5.  But what I want it to do is, use an Advaced Action to show when called with button variable.  Now, it does show when called with the vaibley but it does not show the animation. It's like it's at the end of the animation.    The only script I have in the oan is a stop action at then end.Any suggestions?Thanks!

Since we upgraded to Windows 10 on our machines when we publish a project a play arrow appears in the beginning on the screen before the project starts.  You have to click on this to get the project to play.  We've learned to live with this.  However, we have a new client that doesn't like it.  They want the first slide of the presentation to show immediately.  Is there a way to keep this arrow slide from showing up?  We use CP2019 and publish in HTML5.TIA 

Hey there,  after buying a new iMac I wanted to install Captivate on this computer. Before, I worked with Windows and I only have the Windows-setup saved on my hard-drive. As I wanted to download it from my applications I can only find the CreativeCloud-Applications but I can not find Captivate and I need it very soon, Thanks for your help, because the support of Adobe is not responding to my request!- Martin 

Hi.I am quite familiar with the use of fluid boxes. But I don't quite understand what I should do if I need to create very large vertical content for mobile. As if you were vertically rewriting the content on a website.What happens to me is that my content adjusts to the height of the mobile screen and not as I want it to be higher and use the finger gesture.

I can't finish the Adobe Captivate 2019 install. When the install process ask for the user and password, the system can't sign in the user and shows the error 400 "Your request result in an error".I have the License for this. Can you help me?

Hi, I have CC on my mac and am looking to add a subscription to Captivate for a pc user who will be in charge of recording video for a new LMS. Can I setup a new adobe account so they can download a windows versions and then import to my computer for any processing? I don't understand the best way to manage/bridge the two platforms. Thanks!

I can't change the aspect ratio over 1440.how to fix that??
