Is it possible to have 'self paced learning' work (for bookmarking) when publishing to HTML5?

Hello,

I was able to see a video showing bookmarking (self-paced learning) work without publishing to SCORM by setting the option 'self paced learning' in the TOC options.  I am publishing to HTML5 with responsive only.  But the resume pop up does not seem to appear.  Does my configuration preclude self-paced learning; from working??  TIA

    Do you have the TOC enabled in your responsive project or not?

    I do, I have it set to alpha 0 because we don't want to use it (we have a custom menu) but it is enabled.  I also plan to start the project with a hideTOC command.  But I have not done that yet.  We are publishing to HTML5 only and the project is responsive.
