Is it possible to Stream mp4 video in Captivate 8?

Hi Captivate people!

I'm using Cp 8.0.1.242 and trying to stream videos from Cloudfront to a Captivate project.  I have done this with FLV before with mixed success - the streaming works, but still poor quality and playback.  The client wants less buffering and better video quality, so I would like to use mp4 with the hopes of seeing a better file size to quality ratio.  Mp4 is also a better format for compatibility across most devices and platforms.

Is it possible to stream mp4 videos in Captivate 8?  And, if so, how would you set this up?  If not, what other format would you recommend given my requirements above?
