Need Help with Quiz, Survey, and Email Triggers

Complete newbie to Captivate. I'm building a training on ergonomics. I am trying to create two things:

- a knowledge check assessment for the course content

- a (ergonomic self-risk assessment) survey that asks the user a few questions and, depending on their answers, emails an admin who will then follow up with the learner

Is this possible to have these two different features? Any insight you have into how I can do this OR what words to Google to figure out how to do it would be great. Thanks!

Is it correct that you will not be using a LMS in collaboration with the courses? Email is not a good way to transfer results (in Europe it will be against privacy rules) and you would need a programmer for that.

You want two assessments. When using a LMS which allows to transfer results of assessments, you need to know that a SCORM rule is that you can have only one assessment in each course. You can create the first assessment (Knowledge Check) with Captivate's question slides and eventually scored Drag&Drop slides within the course. You need to create the second assessment in another course and set up the rules in the LMS to have that second course become visible to the learner after having finished the first course.

We are using an LMS. Sorry, I'm a Product Designer (with little L&D background) creating the course, so I am not familiar with how all of this works. Thank you for the suggestion; that sounds like an excellent solution!
