Do any Adobe employees monitor the forum at all? Someone who is paid by Adobe should have helped this person by now. I don't get it.

It shouldn't be up to volunteers only. Is there a way to actually get a response from an Adobe employee? Thanks.

I won't mind if you pay me to answer.

Agreed! And I do pay people! With my level of incompetence, it's the only way to get things done. But I always try on my own first.

I was just using this question as an example. I just answered a LONG survey, at Adobe's request, and it had me thinking about unanswered questions. If I ask a question and it's too broad or too narrow, or doesn't include important info—I want to know.

The forum people like you are great. LilybiriRodWard‌ and many others have helped me immensely.

The survey just had me thinking about Adobe. I don't think they have newbie-friendly videos and instructions. I don't think it would cost that much, compared to their profits, to have a small team devote time to step-by-step 2 or 3-minute videos, for If they did, they'd have a lot more devoted paying customers, in my opinion. All my friends that have tried Captivate dropped it.

And I wish they were still around to talk to and work with. That's all!
