The Flash Player for IE 11 is not installed on your computer

Hi,

I have Adobe Technichal Communication Suite 1.3 . In My machine OS is windows 10 and IE11,

I have Installed Adobe Technichal Communication Suite 1.3 and Adobe Flash Player.

But when i launch Adobe captivate. getting an error such as Flash payer is not installed for IE11 eventhough afterinstalled also.

How to Resove that issue.

    You will have to install an older version of Flash player. The TCS you mentioned has a Captivate version before version 6 (because that one was in TCS 2). Very, very old, will not understand the present Flash player.

    You will have to check Captivate itself. I don't have versions that are more than 7 years old installed on my system. In Captivate itself you should be able to see for which Flash player it can publish, you'll need that player. I'm not sure if it will work on IE11 however.... It is like putting a Porsche motor 2017 in a Citroen 2CV of 1970.

    This looks like quite an early version of Captivate.  Which version is it?

    The version of Flash Player that you just installed for IE would likely be the latest one.

    Some earlier versions of Captivate were only capable of recognising Flash Player versions up to a certain point and then after that would display this type of error message.

    You may be better advised to update Captivate to the latest version and update your projects.
