Character Error Replay Trigger Depth Exceeded

Hello, I was working in the timeline adjusting and changing some triggers on my project and this error occurred and I cannot clear it. It will not display my puppet on the stage. Can anyone please help me figure out what I did or what I broke? I have not come across this error before.
