Damaged project (22.5x53)

Hello All my Character animation projects cannot open and give this error

All the files are in the C drive and none can open all give me this error.

It looks with this option I can start again but I lost all and need to start again

It was fine few days ago

Any other idea?

I am loading back ups it looks like I erase files by accident can anybody tell me which files created by character animation needs to be kept?
