Every time my character blinks its eyes, the eyebrows disappear at the same time

Can anyone give me a hint? I've been stuck with this problem for a week:(

Can you share a screen shot of the rigging hierarchy? Blinks work by hiding everything else in the same group. I suspect you have the blink layer in the same group as the eyebrows. Move the eyebrows up a layer in the hierarchy (so is outside your left and right eye group) and that will probably fix it.
