exporting project

Hi

how can i export my project in ch?

I was try to inport it to Ae but i have a problem on this post .

So i tried to export it to Adobe.Media.Encoder, but i did not have it.

when i try install it i have error code 4.. i was searshing to solve it but i can't found it at all.

I was try to unstall adobe cretive cloud to reinstall but i have error code 72 

I read the solve is updating the windows -i have Windows10 on my laptop just in case- I was updeted, but nothing solved.

what can i do?

Strange! Normally media encoder is installed with character animator. Maybe share your os version and version of different software. But I think you are on the right track with removing and reinstalling the software.

    today I was install adobe creative cloude tools then error code 72 solved and i was reinstall adobe creative cloude then error cod 4 solved and adobe media completly install but but but...

    the dynamic link is stell have error so i can't inport any project from Ch to Ae or media 

    i will try to stop firewall and retry
