Adobe Connect Server Feature Suggestion - Include Template Participant/Host selection in New Rooms
Suggestion for a feature when using templates to create new rooms on the Connect Server - keep the hosts selected on the template when creating a new room.
Current Workflow
* Add a host group to the participant group on the Connect server, make the role host
* Create a room from a template
* The room does not keep the host group added to the participant groups - this needs to be updated manually to match the template
Desired Workflow
* Add a host group to participant group on the connect server, make the role host
* Create a room from a template
* The room has the same host group as the template - no user action required
