How to disable access for Participants to a Meeting after ending the session?

Is there a way to prevent participants from entering the virtual room after using the end session for all option?

I've tried to disable the option "Registered usery may enter the room" in access settings of the Meeting but it is unavailable for editing and marking.

Registered users are always checked; so you can't un-check that option. However, you can remove all participants from Edit Participants list.

You could also join the room as a host. Then select the Room settings (looks like a hamburger menu in the top-left) and rollover Access access & entry and check the option Block incoming participants. You could also check Place participants on hold, in that same section as an overkill. You could then exit the meeting and no participants would be able to join, unless a host joins and either lets them in; or unchecks those options.

If the session has been ended by the host, then the session is no longer available to any participant - so this point is moot.

This depends on the licensing used on the account. Some licensing options allow participants to join a room without a Host present. Andrew's answer ensures that a participant cannot re-enter the room without a Host allowing them back in regardless of the licensing used for Connect.
