Why did I suddenly quit reading files from my zip drive?

Dear support Team,I have created 2 Seminar sessions but I am not able to see the sessions under My Calendar, even if I am the host of the Seminar. Last week, it was possible to display the session... Do you know if it is due to the settings?Thanks!BR,maria.

HelloA friend of mine bought a quite good microphone and a good extrernal soundcard for recording podcasts. Everything works fine. But know she wants to use the microphone for Adobe Connect, because of the very good sound quality. Adobe Connect finds it an you can select it, but now singal comes into Adobe Connect. But it works with every other Adobe application. So why doesn't it work with Adobe Connect?The soundcard is the Tascam US-122 Mk2. Normaly very uncomplicated ..Thanks for any advice!Alinja

I'm experiencing issues uploading PowerPoints with audio into my Adobe Connect meetings and the audio playing correctly.  I'm using Adobe Connect 9 with the latest add-in and PowerPoint 2010.  The audio on the PowerPoint plays fine from my PC, but when I upload it into my AC meeting the audio does not play.  I've tried using MP3, Clipart, and Wav audio files in my PowerPoint and they all play from my desktop but not my Adobe Connect meeting.

Hello everybody,Since few days, when I go to the meeting platform, I always see myself as a participant so I can't share my slides.I put myself into "Hosts" and "presentators" but it didn't works.Someone have a clue about this problem.Thanks

I have accidentally Moved a meeting recording into the Meetings folder.  Now I am unable to move it to the content folder where I need to put it.Is there a way to fix this?Many thanks,Will

I am trying to change my mail email in my account. The current email is no longer available to me. I've tried setting up the new email I get a message that says "Your account changes couldn't be saved."And then I get a new screen that says "FOR YOUR PROTECTION, PLEASE VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY."It wants me to use the old log in email address to verify I'm who I am, which I have done several times, but does not allow me to change the old address to a new one. When I try to put the new email in the main field again I get the same information as above and I get a pop up message that says"An email has been sent to your inbox. Please check your email to complete verification."I'm sure the verification is going to my old email address, but I'm not able to get any emails at the old address, as it has been cancelled. For instance, if someone is giving a speech in Spanish, can a translator type the text in English at real-time (or near real-time) for meeting attendees to see on a projection screen? My organization is hosting an event and needs to quickly translate speeches and display them for all attendees to see. Thanks!

I am getting adobe pop-ups in videos....asking if I want to sign-up for "sdelvenetworks.com"...which blocks out much of video content and which I can't remove....I've tried contacting adobe via website and telephone...it seems that unless you are a "customer" or want to buy something from them there's no hope of getting help...

At the end of a meeting/class, I'd like to get some anonymous feedback as a way to increase honesty.  But polling lets me see the voter's reply.  Bummer...  is there a way to do this?

A participant participating from a desktop client submitted a question in the Q&A pod. The meeting Host is presenting on iPad but does not receive the question.I am having trouble seeing questions as a Host on iPad.Thanks.

I have a new ASUS C300M Chromebook.  My boss says I cant be presenter with Chromebook.  Is this because Chrome has a problem with the Add-in needed for screen share?  If so, is there any way around it, so I can use Chromebrook as presenter?

I found a tutorial how to use and test Connect when I entered as guest in a meeting room of a university.Adobe Connect-Anmeldung>>https://connect.fernuni-hagen.de/technikcheck<< There is Powerpoint file and I as the guest can read several slides.I have only a meeting room with a monthly license.Is it possible to explain  to a guest inside my meeting room how he can use and test the room before the meeting starts??Or do I need another license?Thanks,

The problem with the pointer not being displayed on mobile devices appears not to be fully resolved. Although it is now displayed, when the pointer is moved this is not updated on the mobile device. You have to deselect the pointer and reselect it.This happens on iOS and Android. Has anyone else found this?

We would only like to have the presenter and registered attendees have access to our Virtual Meetings held one to two Tuesdays a month. Each session is different and accessed by that days presenter and those who register for the event. Our registrations are processed and paid through our database/meeting file. Once I have a list of registrants, how do I give just the registered attendees and presenter access to the event. We would prefer that once they receive the URL that they be required to log in using their email address and Member ID which we assign. If that is possible, how do I upload or give the list of registered attendees to Adobe Connect so that participants and presenter have access to session?
