Issue with Adobe Connect

I have downloaded the latest Adobe Connect app to my macbook pro and when I open my webinar and go to the link to join, an error message pops up to say I don't have the latest version downloaded. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times and it isn't helping, nor is the help desk!

 

Is someone able from Adobe able to take a look at my laptop remotely?!

    I would remove/uninstall the Connect App from your computer and then download and install it again. You can get the most up to date App for Mac here: https://www.adobe.com/go/ConnectMac11Plus
