Problem with courses inside Curriculum

We are running Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363, PowerPoint 365 and Presenter 11.1.

We have built our online courses by:

  1. Uploading the Content
  2. Creating a course
  3. Creating the Curriculum
  4. Placing the course in the curriculum
  5. Repeat the above for many individual courses.

We have been using Presenter and Connect since around 2010, and most everything works as its supposed to.

The problem we have been having for the last year or so is, now some of the Courses inside of a curriculum when completed they will leave the status as (In Progress) and will not mark it as (Complete or Passed). When this happens, we have to go into the Training Module and manually change it before the student can continue.

    I would recommned you work directly with Adobe Connect support to identify why the content is not reporting correctly.
