Recording audio and video not synced

We just completed a webinar with 375 participants. There were no audio issues, connection,  or video issues that were apparent from a host perspective. Now, in attempting to edit the recording, there are audio gaps and the video is not synced to the audio. This is a huge issue as it is a recording that needs to be shared with a much larger community. We have experienced an increased number of audio issues and other access issues with presenters using a Mac since the new Adobe Connect 11.0 and 11.2 has been released. Does anyone have any ideas? Although I have not posted in the Forum, we have hosted over 120 data discovery and data access webinars since the end of May 2013. Thank you!

    If you have not already, I would recommend contacting Adobe Connect Support at 800-945-9120 to open a support ticket.

    They may be able to repair the archived session.

    Make sure you get a support ticket number and if you need it escalated feel free to reach out to me. I'll be glad to see what I can do to assist with that.

    I agree.  It's a problem.  I've seen it before on recordings as well.
