Recording audio and video not synced
We just completed a webinar with 375 participants. There were no audio issues, connection, or video issues that were apparent from a host perspective. Now, in attempting to edit the recording, there are audio gaps and the video is not synced to the audio. This is a huge issue as it is a recording that needs to be shared with a much larger community. We have experienced an increased number of audio issues and other access issues with presenters using a Mac since the new Adobe Connect 11.0 and 11.2 has been released. Does anyone have any ideas? Although I have not posted in the Forum, we have hosted over 120 data discovery and data access webinars since the end of May 2013. Thank you!
