Abo mit Prepaid-Karte verlängert - jetzt 2 gleiche Abos mit unterschiedlichen Zeiträumen

Ich habe heute mein Adobe CC Abo mit der PrePaid-Karte verlängert. Jetzt habe ich 2 Abos gleichzeitig laufen. Eigentlich sollte der Zeitraum des bestehenden Abos verlängert werden. Was kann ich tun? Wer kann helfen?
