Ekim ayında Adobe deneme sürümünü başlattım. Deneme sonrası iptal etmeyi unuttuğum için ücret çekildi, ardından planı iptal ettim ve hizmeti aktif olarak kullanmadım.

13 Aralık’ta hesabımı kontrol ettiğimde bilgim ve onayım dışında yıllık plana geçirildiğimi gördüm. Yıllık plan için herhangi bir onay vermedim. İptal etmek istediğimde yaklaşık 3.000 TL cayma bedeli talep ediliyor.  Ne yapmam gerekiyor.

I checked your account and noticed you have an active annual subscription billed monthly for Creative Cloud Pro, which started about 1 month and 15 days ago.

Just to clarify, Adobe sent you an email on October 22, 2025 explaining when your trial would end and the terms of your annual plan.

You can still cancel if you’d like, but keep in mind that because this is an annual plan, an early termination fee may apply if you cancel before the term ends.

when you started your trial adobe sent you an email.  what's it say about the plan type?
