I'm really [moderator: expletive deleted] with adobe. I  chose in summer the trial version (with a friend who was working on sth), and then I added my credit card number as adobe was asking. It is obvious if they look for that there is no action from that day and then on. And I am keeping be charged monthly automatically and if I want to cancel Adobe says I have to pay ~84 euros. why??? I need to talk with someone from Adobe, please.

I don't have the money and I don't want to pay for something I don't use.

p.s. it's a violation of the terms of service to share an adobe subscription with a friend.

I didn't share anything.

You wrote "(with a friend who was working on sth)" so what is that besides sharing a subscription?

Let me first explain what happened:

You took a 7-day trial of the software. Then you got invoiced, and your credit card got charged. During the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you could have cancelled free of charge. Subsequently, you had entered into an agreement with Adobe for a one year, (auto-) renewable subscription of the Adobe products. You still can cancel anytime, by paying an early termination fee of half of the remaining due. This was all laid out in the terms and conditions you agreed upon, when taking the subscription. There is a box, you explicitly need to check for this. As an alternative, you could have taken a subscription on the month, cancellable anytime without paying a fee.

As soon as you enter your credit card details, you should be aware that this is not for fun, but for paying something. This is generally true and does not only concern Adobe. I suggest that next time you enter payment information, you read carefully what you get and what are the conditions. This will help you to avoid bad surprises later on.

Now for your problem, I would recommend you to contact Adobe customer care and negotiate your way out of this contract. It would be a pity to continue to pay for a product that you do not use. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

Thanks for the response @Abambo . Of course, it's not for fun, and also sth I didn't write that in the previous month tried to cancel the charge and there wasn't any option to cancel my plan. Strangely, today as I logged in to check it again as well as adobe continues to draw money, there is the option of canceling with of course the penalty.
