Account Suspension - No Warning, No Email.
I thought making this public would be the best way to actually get help and not be ignored over and over again by Adobe support.
Yesterday I logged into my adobe account, without warning my active subscription has been suspended, all paid for in advance.
Why did this happen Adobe? - When will I be unsuspended? - Will I be compensated?
It is beyond pathetic that you have to basically call out this company publicly to get any form of actual support.
