So I had a creative cloud plan for 19.99 monthly but I haven't used it that much and I wanted to cancel my plan since I wasn't using it lately. When I clicked on the canceling form, etc it is said that they will take 100 euros for earlier cancellation. What do I do? help

Evidently, you didn't read the subscription terms you agreed to BEFORE you signed-up.  To avoid the 50% early cancellation fee, wait until the 12th month to cancel your annual subscription.  The expiration date is posted in your account portal.  Set a reminder on your smartphone or Google Calendar so you don't forget to cancel before it automatically renews for another year.

Hope that helps.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

-do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining time as a fee
