Adobe Account Access App crashes on iOS

Hi Jeffrey,
I am having the same issue.
Specs:
iPhone 17 Pro Max
iOS 26.3
When I try to sign in, the app crashes and I can’t access my account. I’ve tried multiple times with no success. I do receive the verification text and email from Adobe, but the app crashes during the sign-in process.
I deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone, but the issue continues.
I’m concerned about logging out on my Mac in case I’m unable to sign back in there as well.

Please help.
Thank you,

Michael Tierney

    go to your account, https://account.adobe.com

    disable 2fa

    sign out from adobe.com and then sign in

    hopefully no problems with that, otherwise update this thread

    if no problems, go back to your account and enable 2fa

    sign out from adobe.com and sign back in

    update this

    I’m experiencing the same problem with the Adobe Account Access app on my iPhone 17 Pro. As soon as I try to launch/open the app, it crashes immediately.
    Device: iPhone 17 Pro
    iOS version: 26.3.1

    @LeirosLeandro

    do you also have the adobe account access app on another device?

    Based on your comment, I went to 'Security and Login' and realized that having two iPhones set up for 2FA was crashing the site. I'd forgotten to remove my old device.

    It seems that the Account app will always fail on the second device it’s attempted to be used at. I started with the situation where the app worked fine on my iPad but was unable to get it running on a new iPhone, kept on crashing there.

    After disabling 2FA and re-enabling it again, I was able to get the Account app running on the iPhone just fine, but then trying to get iPad up to speed ends up with a black screen stating “Something went wrong” (talk about useless error messages). The app doesn’t crash on the iPad but it’s stuck on this login → black screen loop.

    ah, apparently deleting and reinstalling the app on the iPad too fixed this. what a proper clusterfuck from Adobe 😐

    @brycepalmer

    the app name is “adobe account access”.

    have you uninstalled it?

    restarted your iphone

    reinstalled it?

    Same issue here. None of the recommended solutions have worked. IN FACT, in order to turn off Two Factor Authentication, I needed to Authenticate using Adobe Access, which, of course, promptly crashed.  On top of that, the live help desk representative (a human) didn’t even know it was an app that Adobe owns and kept blaming Apple.  He kept asking which App I was having trouble with.  I kept saying Adobe Access.  He kept saying, No, I mean which Adobe App.  So I kept saying, yes, the Adobe Access app owned by Adobe, used by Adobe to use Adobe apps.  It’s infuriating.  Here’s a tip: train your customer service reps to know the products they’re supposed to be helping customers with.

    I am having same problem.

    Spoke to human on help chat, they did not know there was an Adobe Access App and blamed a third party authenticator app. They promised to get a senior person to call me back, never received a call. Then I get an email saying I should use the Adobe Access App, and they have closed my support case. NONSENSE! 🙄
