Adobe account not showing plan while I am still paying

My plan is through paypal.  I created an account online afterward and am not showing a plan.  Please help!

you have to have an account when you pay.  so starting an account after payment likely means that after-payment account is not the one with the subscription.

 

so, after payment the email address used was sent a confirmation email about the new subscription.  that's the account you should check.

 

ie, after signing into adobe using the correct enail, check your account, https://account.adobe.com

what's it show?
