Adobe bucht zwei mal ab - Support geht weder ans Telefon oder ist Online erreichbar

Hallo! Adobe bucht den Beitrag für Photoshop seit Monaten zwei mal ab! Es ist auch nicht möglich das entsprechende Abo für Photoshop zu löschen oder zu ändern. Wir versuchen nun seit längerem den Telefon-Support oder Online Support zu erreichen. OHNE ERFOLG! Was ist das?!?!? Ich hab so etwas noch nie erlebt. Bei Adobe arbeiten 20.000 Menschen aber es geht nie jemand ans Telefon? Was soll man nun tun? Welche Kontaktmöglichkeiten gibt es noch? Anwalt einschalten? Fernsehen?
