I am really trying to find someone that can take my subscription from one of my email accounts and put it onto the correct email account. Due to Microsoft account the thing went and used the wrong email and for two months I couldn't work out why I was unable to use photoshop when I was paying. But I have other products on my freelance email address. Adobe photo plan was loaded onto the incorrect and inactive email address and I am really inhappy that now I have to sign in and out all the time to get different products. I don't want to pay cancelation fee of over 100 dollars and rebuy it on the proper email. Both emails are under my name. What can I do? I need one account with all the products, not 2 accounts which heavens knows what product is where, but I am paying. 

When making the payment for the Creative Cloud Pro annual subscription, we need to know how we can obtain a tax invoice for Mexico. On the Adobe invoice, we are charged 16% tax, but it is not a fiscal invoice. Can Adobe issue a tax invoice for customers in Mexico?

I had a 7-day free trial that I want to cancel today to avoid being billed. Coincedentally, the website is somehow unable to show me my plans (????????) but works just fine for once I log out of my account on the website. It is like Adobe is artifically throttling everything once I log in. Even the trash AI chat doesn't function. Tried doing it in another browser, in incognito mode, from another device, disabled all extensions etc. etc. etc.  Very frustrating and concerning how bad this service is. I hope an Adobe customer service employee can respond and help me out.

My account billing history only goes as far back at April 2023, and I am looking for my billing history prior to that.  There is a fine print that says to contact Customer Support, but I have had no luck in even finding that.

iOS 26.3When I try to sign in, the app crashes and I can’t access my account. I’ve tried multiple times with no success. I do receive the verification text and email from Adobe, but the app crashes during the sign-in process.I deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone, but the issue continues.I’m concerned about logging out on my Mac in case I’m unable to sign back in there as well.Please help.Thank you,

I subscribed to adobe pro around an hour ago. However, I realized that the features were lacking and I CANCELLED the subscription after a few minutes of using it. BUT, I just checked my email and it claims that Adobe has CHARGED me 8HKD for their services. I need a refund for the 8HKD.For those who cannot read:I HAVE ALREADY MADE SURE I HAVE CANCELLED ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS of ADOBE.I LOGGED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND LOGGED IN AGAIN AND DOUBLE CHECKED THAT I HAVE NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS LEFT.I HAVE CONFIRMED I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED TO ALL SUBSCRITIONS BY READING BOTH EMAILS FROM ADOBE DETAILING THAT I HAVE SUCCESSFUL CANCELLED ALL MY SUBSCRIPTIONS.DO NOT TELL ME ABOUT THE TRIAL TERMS. I UNSUBSCRIBED WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF SUBSCRIBING, SO DO NOT TELL ME THAT I ALREADY EXCEEDED THE TRIAL PERIOD.

My GCash account was deducted 1891.68 PHP after tax for supposedly subscribing to Adobe—which I do not remember subscribing to. The last time I used the service was months ago, and I do not remember that I subscribed to any service, aside from free trials, which I unsubscribed from. Looking at my transaction history, I am supposed to be billed on March 24 for the continuation of the free trial, yet I am charged on March 10….

I purchased Photoshop a while ago for thumbnails. I recently bought a new pc and got rid of my old pc. I logged into my account on Adobe CC and it says I have no active subscriptions and wants me to buy photoshop again. I know that I am paying for it because I just checked my card and was charged recently. I do not even get emails each month about my receipt or photoshop payment which is ridiculous. Because “I don’t have any active plans” I can’t even contact support. Can you believe that? So I am just sitting here getting money stolen from me. I just want to be able to use the photoshop that I am paying for. You would think Adobe would be better. 

I have a Photography (20GB) plan and was looking to increase my cloud storage. There were no options to change plans, so I signed up for a free Lightroom (1TB) trial. The new storage (1TB) now reflects in my Lightroom cloud. My question is if I unsubscribe from the Photography (20GB) plan and just keep the Lightroom (1TB) subscription, will it affect any of my cloud files, folders within Lightroom, etc.?

I am trying to pay for Adobe Creative Cloud. But everytime I get an error  The operation may fail for various reasons. Double-check your payment information and make sure you entered it correctly. If this problem persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank.  I have tried several different cards but it throws the same error. I have contacted my bank(s) and they say everything is fine with my card.

I am trying to register and pay for the Adobe AD0-E128: AEM Sites Developer Expert exam.Every time I attempt the payment, I get an error stating that the operation may fail and to double-check my payment information.I have tried multiple cards, and my bank has confirmed that there is no issue with them.This delay is seriously impacting my schedule, as I have already lost over a month attempting to resolve this. I urgently need to take the exam and would greatly appreciate immediate guidance or an alternative payment method to complete my registration without further delay.

I canceled my subscription I. 12/2025, but I’m still being charged for it

Avevo un abbonamento mensile per cui ho pagato un rinnovo di circa 8,00€. al Al momento della scadenza non ho voluto più rinnovarlo nuovamente e ho quindi annullato ENTRO la data di scadenza (7 marzo2026), tramite il mio account, l’abbonamento che avevo sottoscritto. Purtroppo però, nonostante abbia ricevuto anche per mail una ricevuta da parte vostra che mi confermava l’annullamento dell’abbonamento per la mia intenzione di non rinnovarlo, ho visto tramite l’app della mia banca che vi era una richiesta di addebito sulla mia carta di un totale di 36,59€ (attualmente in corso di contabilizzazione). Vorrei comprendere come mai ci sia stata questa richiesta di contabilizzazione di tale somma sulla mia carta, anche se io avevo provveduto ad annullare il rinnovo dell’abbonamento entro i termini previsti. Rimango in attesa di un vostro gentile chiarimento.CordialmenteDario Costanzo
