Hi, to whom it may concern, I have accidentally subscribed for adobe pro a month ago, as I thought I had cancelled my 7 day free trial however I just now am seeing that I was charged £20.84 last month, and this month aswell however the payment was declined for this month. I was not aware that I had subscribed, or that I was charged last month. I also thought I had cancelled my free trial but apparently not. As you can already tell I do not have the funds to pay the monthly trial as my payment has been declined, and I cannot cancel the subscription either because it tells me I need to sort out the issue with my card first. Please allow me to get a refund from last months payment and to cancel the subscription from now on aswell. It would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hello,I was unaware that my Adobe account would renew today, I thought there would be a reminder.I’ve tried to call customer support but the automated assistant keeps hanging up after a while.Then I tried to speak to the customer chat but no advisors were avilable. Is there anyone I can speak to or contact to help me with my issue?

I have been subscribed since 2023 for annual prepaid plan. This year I wanted to cancel the plan but missed the payment date. When I got the bill, I IMMEDIATELY canceled. I believe that since I did it ON THE SAME DAY (April 3rd), I can be eligible for a full refund. I remember seeing a three month offer for LinkedIn premium for having an account. I saw it under my benefits section in my account, but today I no longer see it. Was the offer removed?I searched online and supposedly it is still offered but it vanished on my side...

Mon abonnement a été renouvelé mais je n'ai pas accès au premium. Google play indique bien que c'est payé et que je suis abonnée mais impossible de faire quoi que ce soit sur l'application.

I was told that my Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan for student and teachers has expired and renewed at the standard rate. In 2020 I received a teacher discount even though I was a retired teacher. For a period of time, in 2020 Adobe was more flexible on the educational requirements. I would like to ask Adobe to extend my teacher discount. I have proof that I am a retired teacher. I taught Adobe products at several colleges from 1990-2011. Any suggestions on who to contact? Even if it is a long shot, I would like to state my case. I believe it has merit. I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on February 7.I noticed the credit card charge on February 15.As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.Due to the Lunar New Year holiday, I was unable to contact customer support earlier.Could you please let me know when customer support for the Asia region will be available to assist with this request?

I recently created my Adobe account to use Adobe Express through my Airtel subscription. While signing up, I accidentally entered my Date of Birth incorrectly as 2024 instead of 2000.Due to this mistake, my account is now being treated as a minor account, and I am unable to access Adobe services.I request you to please update my correct Date of Birth to 2000 and restore full access to my account. I am willing to provide any required ID proof for verification.

I can’t manage my plan to even check which one I am on or change, it refuses to load, I’ve tried multiple browsers, incognito, turned off adblockers and extensions, cleared cookies, logged out and logged in, every other page seems to work except this one. Seems like a scummy tactic to prevent people from downgrading or cancelling their plan.

I am writing to express my deep frustration as a loyal, paying subscriber who always pays the official price.Currently, Facebook and other social media platforms in Thailand are flooded with sponsored ads (e.g., from a page called "Keygeely Digisoft Tech") selling Adobe plans at incredibly low, suspicious prices. These ads claim to provide full access to Photoshop, Lightroom, and Cloud storage with 90% discounts.It feels incredibly unfair and discouraging for legitimate customers to see these illegal sellers operating so openly and using paid advertising to reach more people. It makes me question the value of being an honest subscriber when Adobe allows this to happen without visible action.What is Adobe doing to protect its legitimate customers and take down these illegal sellers? We expect a more proactive approach to maintain the fairness of your service.

How do I request a refund???I missed my cancelation for my free trail by a week. Adobe said I was screwed and had to commit to my 1 year subscription at $20 a month. I didnt even find the trail useful and forgot about it. I paid $20 a month for a year for something I never used and I couldnt get out of it. The year is finally up and I got charged again.  I want my money back. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any product.  Scam
