Adobe Creative Suite account issues

Apologies, I appreciate this is the wrong place for this but struggling with Adobes website to find what I need.

Recently when I went to use Adobe InDesign I was asked for my password, which I entered but it didn't accept it. Turned out I was either locked out of my account or it no longer recognised me. The only option it kept coming up with was to start from fresh using the trial. In a panic as I had a tight deadline, I did this. But not I'm being charged for the main £56.98 plus the £27.98! I've tried to find contact details to message Adobe to sort this out but it seems impossible and the Virtual help thing is useless. Can anyone help point me in the right direction? Thanks.
