Adobe Illustrator student and teacher commercial use.

The student and teacher products can be used commercially, but they may not be resold. What is it that cannot be resold, the apps themselves?

Yes, the products themselves cannot be re-sold. Adobe does not allow passing on your serial number to anyone else.
