Question

Adobe Plan

I have been over charged for 3 months without notification of the increase. I would like to know if I will be reimbursed. Additionally, have subsequently changed my plan and would like to know if my previous plan is cancelled automatically. Thank you

Hi Didi Lowell,

We're here to help you. I see that you have an active Lightroom plan and a cancelled Photography plan. The price increase notifications were sent well in advance via emails. I suggest you check the spam/junk folder in case you missed it.

Feel free to update the thread for any other questions.

Thanks

price increase notifications were sent via email prior to renewal. ie, check spam folder.

and no, cancellations are not automatic.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
