Adobe Plans Page Won't Load

I've not had the need to navigate to my account or plans at the Adobe website for a long time but now that I need to I'm finding it simply won't load.  I've tried rebooting, using a different browser, inconito mode, nothing works.  After signing in I click on Plans and Payments then Plans.  I get the spinning circle that never loads.  Other choices on that page (Payment methods, Orders and invoices, etc.) all open without delay.  Is there anything I can try to make this work?

Hi @jimclark1947,

Sorry for the trouble. Did you try the suggestion provided by the expert above?

Yup, same here. Sure feels like a simple technique to not support one particular piece of the website so I cannot cancel. I can go to every other sub-page but the one that I need to use to cancel. This is a tried and true tactic by businesses to add friction to the process and get people to give up on canceling.

when you try a different browser, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
