adobe subscription cancel page keeps coming up as error

Hi, I'm trying to cancel my Adobe Plan on my personal account, every device I do it on keeps coming up as an error, I am using a good hotspot to and it still comes up like this. Oh my god. I hate adobe so much. I don't know what to do.

and when you try a different browser, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
