Adobe Substance Plans

Hi, I recently switched from the Adobe Substance 3D Collection plan ($584.25/year) to the Substance 3D Texturing plan ($250/year), but I still had 4 months left on my Collection subscription. I was charged the full $250 immediately, and it seems the remaining value of my previous subscription was not applied. I’d like to know if I can receive a prorated refund or credit for the unused portion of the Collection plan. Is that possible?

My account now says that I have only the plan that I switched to. But I switched to it before my previous, more expensive, plan had expired. I am wondering if I can be compensated for the 4 months that I had remaining on my previous unfinished subscription.

adobe doesn't refund money for early plan cancellations unless they are done within the first week of the plan's start.
