In another post (see above), the main issue was that Adobe simply does not allow licensees to have an overview of their paid license - especially the expiration date. If you turn off the automatic renewal of your subscription, you can no longer see when the license (including the paid voucher codes) is still valid. This is a no-go, I think.
But you are right that this topic is already being discussed in the other post. Yes, there is an answer - but absolutely no solution for the problem.

This post is about the fact that deactivating the automatic renewal does NOT indicate that you can't undo this step and for some reason you won't get any more information about the current license. But you only notice all this when it is too late.

And it's unacceptable that you first have to contact Adobe support, which is only available for a limited time and not at all on weekends.
Likewise a licensee has the right (as probably everyone is thinking the same) to get a transparent overview of his purchased licenses, codes and (of course) to manage them.
There is simply no reason to allow the automatic renewal of the subscription to be deactivated, but to forbid a continuation of the automatic payment.

But if this is Adobe's philosophy (lack of transparency), then at least the UI of the website should display something different. So DO NOT something like "Deactivate the automatic renewal" - but rather something similar to: "Cancellation of the subscription" and that an undo is impossible. That would be less misleading.

But it would be better to give the licensee the possibility:

1. to see his complete license data transparently
   and
2. to decide freely about the automatic payment/renewal of his subscription at any time (which means also to allow reactivating the auto-renewal). If the support is able to do that - then the customer should be able to do that anyway.
