Being charged for adobe express after cancellation

Hi all, Im quite frustrated as Ive cancelled my Adobe Express subscription a few months ago and Im still getting billed every month. I do not have access to any Adobe apps as well. My account will not show me any past invoice or billing history, either. 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
