Can I get a refund for an annual renewal I cancelled within 14 days?

My Adobe Creative Cloud Student subscription was automatically renewed on June 3, 2026. The renewal was for a full year and the amount charged (€485.98) was more than double what I paid last year.

I cancelled the subscription within 14 days of the renewal, but I am worried that I may not be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, this is a large amount of money for me and I cannot afford this unexpected charge.

Has anyone been in a similar situation, and is it possible to receive a full refund after cancelling within the 14-day period?

    The 14 day refund provision is only for your FIRST trial, not for a renewal of a subscription
