can you buy the full version of Adobe InDesign

I don't want to get a subscription for Creative Cloud or any subscription for that matter, and just buy the full version of Adobe InDesign

Creative Suite is discontinued and no longer sold.  It hasn't been sold for several years.   Even if you could find a used copy that's not pirated or malware infected, computers have changed too much in 10 years.  Legacy software is not compatible with most modern devices. 

 

Although not ideal, a low cost alternative is Affinity Publisher.
