I have a problem.

I paid for Photoshop last month.

I'm going to cancel it, and they want me to pay the penalty.

I didn't know this information, last month.

I am a student, so I have no money.

Is there any way I can cancel it without penalty?

Please, help me.

I have similar feelings. I signed up for a trial because a colleague had used Indesign to work on a document and I did not want to use pirate software at my workplace to modify the document as necessary. I was happy with paying 20 pounds for a month's use, but to be ordered to pay 100 pounds to cancel? This seems absurd. My salary is in Mexican pesos and this represents a week's salary for me. Adobe should avoid this practice or they will earn a poor reputation. I advise seeking legal action as suggested below. A first useful step is to contact your bank.

If you pay for 11 months, you can cancel without penalty in month 12. Do not wait, in month 13, it will start again with a new penalty.
